Zaken Corporation More Lies from Zaken and the Class action moves forward ripoff Honolulu Hawaii

As of right now a complaint seeking class action status was filed against Zaken on February 5, 2003 in California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. The Plaintiffs in this action are seeking to enjoin Zaken's misleading communications about the "Quick-Sell Liquidators" program and recover funds fraudulently taken from past Locators. The Plaintiffs are represented by Green & Jigarjian LLP. They are a law firm located in California.

In addtion, I just recieved some more advertising in the mail from Zaken today. I did some research on the testimonials in his advertising. The four people listed on the back of the booklet. All four can not be contacted. There are no listings for the 2 women and the two men when you call their numbers they are not accessible. In addition, the source for the Opportunity Rewiews can not be found anywhere the closet thing is just other business opportunity seller not a credible source.

Also I notice that The Zaken Company is now the Zaken Corporation. It seems Zaken is trying to protect his personal assets in a lawsuit by becoming a corporation. The SCHMUCK certainly knows how to manipulate the system while the Feds drag their butts on the ground getting on his case with an investigation at the least.
