My husband went to Zales to purchase diamond stud earrings and hoops. The diamond studs, one diamond was bigger than the other. My husband went back to Zales to show them and the Manager agreed and order another diamond stud. After a couple of tries Zales never got the correct size diamond. To this day my husband still has one earing bigger than the other.

My husband was put on a 12mo No Int Promo. Since, purchasing these items we have been making monthly payments faithfully.

This month he went into the store to check our balance so that we may payoff the account. To find that we still have a balance as if we have not made any payments what so ever.

It seems that every month we made a payment Zales was giving us a late fee. The payment is done online were as they state its done over the phone. Then due to these so called late fees Zales removed him from his Promo and added all the interest to his account.

We spoke with the Store Manager who was rude and no help. Monday we called Zales customer service trying to resolve this issue and was told we can only credit you the last two late fee because you have only sixty days if the is an discrepency with your account to contact us about it.

Zales billing technique really sticks it to you. So, if your payment arrive early or too early and not received within Zales time frame(that Day) or it 's applied to your bill but is not applied as that months payment. So you get a late fee. Unbelieveable isn't it.

Zales credited him two payments and if they can do that I believe they should credit all the late fees and interest.

I want people to know Zales compnay is verging on criminal - Don't buy Zales no matter what!
