ZamGold Tang Xiangwen Scam site. Promises virtual goods in lieu of real money. Never delivers. China Internet

Guy who owns this site is called Tang Xiangwen. Looks like a legit site, but he never delivered. I ordered 60k gold on 15th June 2016, but he never delivered. In the email, he claimed that they needed time to amass gold. So I waited till 7th July 2016. When I contacted him again on LiveChat, he claimed that he had already delivered my gold to me on 15th June 2016. I NEVER RECEIVED it. He told me he would check and email me back. He never did. On July 9th 2016, when I tried to LiveChat him to find out the status of my delivery, I discovered that he had blocked my IP and I wasn't able to contact him. I have since escalated this to a claim with Paypal and am in the process of reporting his site to anti-fraud authorities.
