Zero Plus Dialing ripoff Tennessee

Zero Plus Dialing Inc. is a ripoff!!!!! We were staying in a hotel in tennessee and phone home collect. We spoke for 5 minutes to tell our family were arrived safely and where we would be staying.

When we got our phone bill it said we talked for 17 minutes and it cost $33.90. And when we called to ask about it we got the run around and they gave us the story that one of the people talking left the phone off the hook. Give me a break!!!!!!!!!

They would not give us any other number or address or name to contact about the problem and made us feel crazy for even asking about it.

Now, going online, I see that we were correct in trying to find out about this company and report them. They need to be stopped.
