ZERO PLUS DIALING INC. ripoff, fraudulent billing,Inglewood California San Antonio Texas

I recived a bill from Zero Plus on my regular phone bill, for $12.35 which i have no knowledge of, I have NEVER acepted any long distance calls on my home phone since ive had this phone, 7 yrs now, nor have i talked to anyone. I use my cell phone service plan for all my long distance.

I called Zero Plus and the operator was not helpful at all, and said: SORRY, there is no credit. I had to really press her for imfomation to get the Texas number and address so i can write them. I have emailed them and have not heard from them.This call is supposenlly from Inglewood Calif, i know no one in Inglewood Calif . that would be calling me, and I defintlly did not accept any calls. I pay my phone bill automatically being it deducted by my regular phone company from my checking acct, and zero plus will get paid, i have no extra money to be paying out being i,m on a set income
