Zero Plus Dialing Ripoff! Fraudulent Billling Cincinnati Ohio

According to my January's telephone bill, from Corecomm, I made a call to Israel on 01/17/05. I called Corecomm, who is my provider, and they said that the charge was made for a third party.

They gave me the number for Navicomm. I called them and told me that the actual charge came from Zero Plus Dialing. By this time, I knew something was foul. I called Zero Plus Dialing several times, at different times, and I never got an answer.

I am from South America. I do not have any relatives in Israel and I never received an explanation for this charge.
