Zinio's Answer: Hello,
Thank you for contacting Zinio Customer Support. Printing allowances for each publication are set by the publisher. Most allow only the pages visible on screen to be printed in one print job.
You can print from either the online version of the Zinio Reader, or from the software version, available for download here: https://www.zinio.com/account/download-reader-page.jsp
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

Actually they do tell you in advance. It is right here:
http://imgs.zinio.com/faq/zr4.htm#print
Just because you choose not to read it does not make it "fraud," especially considering it is actually the publisher's decision and not Zinio's.
