Purchased an Asus P5B-E Core 2 Extreme motherboard from Zipzoomfly.com order # Z3715246.

Installed motherboard which booted up with no problems. Installed windows 2000 professional and all components of the motherboard were recognized except the sound chip.
I am a professional computer repair person and handled all computer products with care and understanding of their fragility.

Returned the motherboard after a replacement was purchased and installed on RMA CN250173.The defective motherboard was packed in its original box inside another box sorrounded by bubble wrap and popcorn.

Now they claim the motherboard is damaged and I need to have ASUS repair the board at an additional cost of $40.00.
I mentioned that the motherboard was returned due to a sound chip not recognized. They mentioned that it might have gotten damaged in transit, yet they did not report this to the delivery company.

I have never experienced this type of service with any other online computer parts company. I am never ever going to buy any computer products from Zipzoomfly.com.
