Have been charged $40 for a 1-day trial membership that was supposed to cost $1.99

Then I clicked a link (upgrade membership), and without any confirmation, they activated my 1-month premium membership.  That costs $40 (although they didn't charge me for the second time) and they won't undo it, saying that I already downloaded a few movies. But I actually just clicked on the download page, and only actually downloaded 3 (of which only 1 belongs to the premium account).
