Zone Labs - Kim Komando rebate ripoff Blatant and fraudulent misrepresentation of a $30 rebate on software costing $80 San Francisco California & New Rochelle New York

I purchased a software package (Zone Alarm Security Suite)from Kim Komando's website which promised a $30 rebate off the $80 cost if a previous virus protection system proof of purchase was shown from either of three companies, one of them being Norton Utilities(or Symmantec), which was the one that I had. There was NO minimum purchase price mentioned at all!

They never delivered on the rebate, even after I had a conversation with a rep in January who was finally going to see that a check was going to be cut for my trouble.
I think that a full refund would be a fair settlement instead of me filing a class action suit for online fraud and misrepresentation of a cost to the customer.
