Zooscape Scam Rip-off Internet, Indiana

I've ordered a product from Zooscpe. After two weeks I have not received it, and decided to check up on my order status. They (very nicely) explained to me that they have to backorder  . I let one morw week to pass. Called them again. Again very nicely explained to me that the product is not ready because they have to make it. 

This time it sounded very funny and like a rip-off already, but I allowed one more week and called them up again to cancel the order and get refund. Accounting office happened to be closed....so I had to call next few days to ask for my refund. This is already two weeks since they are processing the refund....but my cc has hot been credited yet...

Every time you call the company, Zooscape has very nice ladies explaining to you why they can not ship you product and why they can not issue the refund...
