This company is a complete fake and scam. Their CEO Kapil is a fraud and has launches this complete scheme to scam people. He has more than 4 brands/websites selling the same thing. He sells you a supposed on demand taxi app for thousands of dollars and his sales guys act as if they are real coders and a real company. ITS ALL A SCAM. I GOT 1828 DOLLLARS STOLEN along with 4 months of trying to get a solution from them. They tried to steal more asking for couple thousand for each new mod I asked. They are the worst. OH and dont think paying with Paypal will save you. They also have tactic to convince Paypal if you open a dispute. THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE. Too bad people from USA cannot trust to make business with INDIA as easily because of scammers like ZOPLAY, DECTAR, CASPERON or whatever the real name of the company is..nobody knows but the scam artist, the manager who calls himself Kapil.

I have read your ridiculous reponse until now. Shame on you that you have to try to trick readers saying it was somebody else. And what is that evidence you add about a private conversation with the alleged other client? He is only asking you to deliver the software he paid for. Oh god, I always defend the freedom of the internet but it is people like you that use it to steal money that are affecting the entire ecosystem. Shame on you that not only you stole money from us but also are blaming it on someone else and violating their privacy. As a customer there is nothing worse than knowing you cannot trust your supplier, So when are you going to be tired of stealing money and actually sell working products? DARN! just reading this made me really upset.

The fact that you are showing this private conversation not only violates your clients privacy but also shows your lack of responsibility. I saw your supposed evidence and the only thing the client was asking for was to get what he paid for which I assume you never delivered. So sad that you had to violate someones privacy just to prove that you indeed stole from the clients. Also, how do you know this person has anything to do with the report there was. Maybe it is your imagination. If you are in fact scamming all these people(I keep looking at reports against your company) it will be a matter of time somebody will take you down either legally or somehow. You are never late to do things right and you should reconsider because one thing it to have a dispute with a client and another is to break their privacy. Hell, I would never buy from you.

The response of Zoplay just proves they are scams

Not only is that response violating the privacy of their customers but also priving the complainers point. All the evidence you show clearly prove that you did not deliver what was described. Oh well, good to know, I will take my business elsewhere. Been hearing about many other Indian scammers. As buyers we need to be careful.

Jose Kamel a Scammer who will suck your blood

This review was named after another person name DanielGoldman but the real scammer name is Jose Kamel as we do not have any customer in the name of DanielGoldman.

Whatever mentioned by this person is not true. Ofcourse we do have some negative reviews from customers which are true in some cases and for many we have refunded the money if the fault is on us. Particularly on this case, the person Jose Kamel purchased our Taxi application for which he paid only 50% upfront as he said that he has shortage of money and once the application is ready he agrees to make the payment. Since we are one of the company who really interested our customers to grow their business rather then just doing one time sale, we agreed for his condition.

We have clearly mentioned him that whatever mentioned on the demo site is what he gets, he started adding new functionality stating that uber has similar features. We normally support all our customers for 6 months to 1 year time using basecamp.com software to provide them with better support which no company ever provides more than 30 days. Slowly this guy started adding new features and later at one point we said No. Then he started blackmailing us via skype as well as basecamp and went directly to paypal and started a dispute.

I have pinged him on skype and explained that he was adding new features and also he has never paid the balance 50% money, he never listen to me. Finally I have no choice but to escalate the claim to paypal and submitted all the necessary proofs to them. Paypal reviewed the case and it was in favour of us. Since he cannot do anything he started emailing us stating that he will delete the negative feedback that he posted on various websites and want his money back and also try to blackmail using an indian representative. We said no to him.

I have screenshot proofs for all the above statement which I mentioned and can be directly contacted us through our website to get these details if you feel bad about this reviews.

I always recommend any of my customer to go through the product first, ask questions, get it clarified before making any purchases. Please do not directly believe all these customers reviews as it is, because you may be missing a good company, good people and good product. I have good reviews on linkedin from all over the customers in this world which cannot be received in one day. All the customers are happy with our after sale support that we provide which I could bet that no company will provide like this.
