My daughter was visiting us from British Columbia, Canada. We live in Vancouver, Washington. She called home on her Telus phone card and was charged a whopping $8/minute! She has visited in the past and called but was charged a much lower rate (somewhere around $0.25/min). What is going on??? Can we get these charges reversed?
