Under no circumstances should anyone ever place an order with zulily.com.  This is an online clothing seller.  They do not stock their own products, they have inserted themselves as a third party to send you your order. The most bizarre thing about this company is that they have a "no return" policy.  Their rational is that since they don't actually stock the products they cannot accept returns.

This is unbelievable policy for an online clothing company to have. So if you buy from them and your product does not fit, well you just threw away your money. My wife has bought two pairs of shoes from them.  The first order was for size 6.5.  They sent her a size 7.5. No way that those shoes would fit.

Upon notifying zulily.com of this issue, they wanted her to pay to return the shoes. Since they were clearly not the size she ordered they agreed to take the shoes back.  However, no refund. Just a store credit.

The second pair of shoes she ordered was missized.  The shoes were labeled as European size 6.5, but are much larger than that.  Currently, we are involved with an ongoing argument with zulily.com.  They are refusing to accept a return on these shoes.  In her email to zulily.com, they responded with requests that she make photos of the shoes with a ruler next to them so they can "determine" if the shoes are actually missized.

Since that time she has bought a pair of shes from a very different online company.  They glady accept returns for products that do not fit. Zulily.com is in business only to scam customers out of their money.  As I said, an online clothing company that refuses to accept returns is not a company anyone should be doing business with.
