Zurich North America Zurich Extended Warranty Denial of claim that was covered in coverage. Schaumburg IL

Bought a new to me 2007 Ford GT500 on 4/14/2018. Car purchased only had 9,800 miles on the car. When car was purchased I bought the Zurich Extended warranty for $2,799.00 with $100 deductible. Car ran fine until this month last week June. Car started shuttering and not driving right, Brought car to reputable Ford dealer in Bay ridge to go over car. Dealer told me valve cover gaskets, valve seals are bad and need to be replaced. They called Zurich who automatically denied my claim. I just paid the first payment on the car. Left messages with Zurich and now being told i have a Diag fee plus this hefty payment for a repair that is covered. The dealer told me that the zurich adviser said my car dont have gasket warranty. BUT IT CLEARLY STATES IN THE BROCHURE WHEN BUYING THE COVERAGE AND I QUOTE "SEALS AND GASKETS COVERAGE DOES NOT APPLY IF YOUR VEHICLES ODOMETER READING IS GREATER THAN 100,000 MILES ON CONTRACT DATE OF SALE" My car at the date of sale was only at 9,800 MILES!! I want my car fixed. Why did I pay so much for coverage if they just give me the finger?
