I have been playing Zynga games ever since I started using Facebook. I am a paying customer, and Zynga has ripped me off for hundreds of dollars! You pat to play the game and the application just continues to malfunction, and loose what you have paid for. Writing customer support is a joke! All the the support team does is send you an automated email that almost always has nothing to do with your issue or loss, and then close the support ticket. I have saved in excess of 200 emails. I have NEVER seen any resolution to my issues, nor have I been in any way compensated for my losses. Zynga just chalks it up to more scammed profits! This company even has it's own "Glitch Forum". The company as a whole has no regard for their paying customers, and makes a regular practice of delivering a product designed to malfunction. There are hundreds of thousands of players who have been scammed and ripped off by Zynga. The monetary losses are huge! What's worse is that Facebook and MySpace continue to offer a marketing outlet for these thieves. There seems to be no regulation in place for customers who have been scammed out of thousands of their hard earned dollars!  Zynga is no more than a group of thieves who seem to be above any r epercussion  for stealing and scamming the online communities .
