First American Home Warranty FAHW Unacceptable service Mesa Arizona

My 71 year old disabled vet father in law has been without pluming in his house for 6 days. He called to file a claim on Saturday 7/16 and no one came out until Monday. The plumber was not able to fix it and submitted a report to the warranty compnay that tehy needed to do more and needed it approved. After me calling several times, being placed on holds for over 20 minutes and then being discounnected, I still ahve not had the ability (After several requests) to speak to a manager.

The last rep I spoke to said they were going to send another plumber out, but was not sure when they would arrive and could not guarantee it would be today.
