Im at a loss . I lost my drivers license a number of years ago and cannot come up with the 2000.$ to begin a payment plan with alliance one. My question is regarding alternative payment agencies. I have heard talk of a place called new beginnings in kent wa. I believe. Does anyone know of any alternative measures I can take to adjudicate my license . Please any assistance would greatly appreciatted..
