Cash Call / Western Sky.... what is the solution? Loans set up so you never pay off without paying 5Xs the amount. Not a question of the fine print, or affordability or even paying back what is FAIR, etc. It's been done so where to go from here? Has anyone been sued? In what state? Outcome?
How do we resolve this? Is it worth defaulting or going to court? Confused about legality in NJ. Some say yes and some say no.
Tribal sovern (spelling?) - it is my understanding only related to government bodies. Since they sold note to Cash Call that should relieve them from any say or input... right? Money is not being collected by Cash Call and ACH is in Cash Call name not Western Sky. I'm sure that was a loophole they found.
Any class action suits?

Western Sky ripoff.

While I agree in part with several comments posted here Western Sky are people to avoid unless you are desperate! They are not as they state cheaper than payday loans. If you work out their interest rate and payment schedule then $2600 borrowed at 298.97/ month over 36 months means you will repay $10798.
If you sign with them at this ridiculous rate then I'm sorry but you will have to pay every penny back at their rates as that's what you signed up to do. They are open about their costs on their website and the repayment amount and term so it's definitely a case of buyer beware and not underhand tactics.
Just for once I find myself agreeing with people who say this company is honest, even though they really are a ripoff and are preying on those with bad credit.
Graham.

Then you shouldn't have borrowed from this company. Their rates are clearly stated and are NOT in fine print. The APR for this amount of money starts at 139%.
If this was the only company who would loan money to you then your credit must be pretty bad. That demonstrates an inability/unwillingness to repay debts as promised.
There is no ripoff here.

Then why...

Did you agree to and accept the terms of the loan? Including the interest rate, the amount and number of payments were all revealed before you took the money. Yes these companies have sued people. Yes these companies have won in court. Best way to resolve is to make your payments or if possible get a loan from a friend/family member or bank. But if you had that route you probably would not have agreed to the loan provisions from Cash Call/Western Sky.

Please don't misunderstand me. I want to pay the $2600 back at a fair interest rate and before the kids have kids who have kids.

Throughout this entire "RipOff" I don't see where the OP has a problem with borrowing the money, instead they want to find every way they can to NOT pay it back.
The OP is talking about Loopholes the loan company may be using, yet they are turning right around and trying use other loopholes to get out of paying.
