This company progressively PRACTICES, daily, deceptive advertising and trade miscommunication.  They lie about communication between contractors and themselves, just to get out of taking care of a claim.  They also take "forever," as I have heard, from one of their contractors, to pay them for servicing the customer, at least a minimum of sixty (60) days for payment.  This company advertises, "If We Can't Fix it, We'll Replace it," when they have NO intention on doing so, whatsoever.  I believe that is what they call false advertising. They seem to enjoy inconveniencing the customer, so they don't have to make any repairs or replace an item.  It DOES NOT do any good to call and try and discuss the situation because you will not win, no matter who you talk to.  The "supervisors" think they are as knowledgable as the service technicians, but that is FAR from the truth.  I cannot write enough negative comments about this disasterous company.  Someone should run them out of business!  I have NEVER seen a company more rude to customers and an attitude that they don't care about them.  The only reason they are there is to take your monthly fee, take calls and give you the "run-a-round," and deny claims.  That is their mission and goal as a company.  Be aware of this "snake-in the-grass," and NEVER do business with this company.
