Choice Home Warranty Extremely Fraudulent! Internet

We chose Choice Home Warranty because of their good price for our 3 properties and because of the endless promises the sales rep pitched over the phone. I asked specific questions about specific problems, and he guaranteed me that everything I mentioned would no doubt be covered.

LIAR! We had around 10 claims for our 3 properties over the 12 month span. After the first 4 being filed and denied, I tried to cancel and get part of our money back, but the process was far too difficult. They do not approve ANYTHING! Their claims department is trained to find an excuse to deny the claim before a technician is even sent out to look at the problem. 

2 examples: A leaky pipe underneath our house, coming from the master bath. Their response before a technician even looked - "It was improperly installed therefore they could not cover it." And: A broken water heater. Claims department came back with - "There is sediment build up in the tank." Again, this is before anyone could even come look at it!

Stay as far away from this company as possible! There is a reason they are not BBB accredited! They are smooth talkers, but never come through when you need them to.
