CLAIMS PROCESSING CENTER DAVID GREEN WILL THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND AUTHORITIES DO ANY THING ABOUT THESE FRAUDS Staten Island, New York

I was moving from Virginia to Arizona, I hired North America Moving System who lost my Box #11, after inquiring, I was finally referred to Claims Processing Center.
I spoke to David Green, who then sent me the claims form, this was in September 2007, The Claims Processing Center took over a year with no response, every time a woman with a bad attitude by the name Tina would pick up the phone, and lie, that David Green will call back, he never returned the call.
I reported them to Better Business Bureau, who inquired, from claims processing center, but they ignored, with the result the Better Business Bureau gave them an adverse rating, and informed me that I should proceed with the legal action, but this is where it gets all complicated, and they know not too many people from Arizona will proceed with the case in New York.
I was told by Claims Processing Center that it takes a while for them to investigate the matter and then process.
This was stretched for over a year, after that they told me that North America Moving System's account is on a hold and I should wait, I told them now it is on a hold but what were they doing all this time, and why had they not informed me about my status for all this time, and none of the calls were returned, and I had to sent emails so as to have some thing in record, to keep my claim active.
What a rip off!!!
The Claims Processing Center are frauds and they stretch the time, I am entitled to a claims since it was sent on time and they acknowledge the receipt with nothing in writing.
I hope that there would be some government agency that would audit them and fine them or at least shut them down to protect the consumers.
Unfortunately New York district attorneys office did not respond to my complaint made twice, now wonder why they are doing all this so openly, they know there is no one to catch them.. BINGO.
