Claims Processing Center Liars and Cheats staten island, New York

Just as the other people have said they have been promising me a claim for 4 months, claim that a decision has beem made, that I should have received it and that they would find it, scan it and email it, GUESS WHAT??? I have NEVER received anything and every day that I call, they promise they will get back with me in 24 hours and they never do. Even though they needed a million things filled out for the claim, I spent over 20.00 having photos processed and printed and over 15.00 to mail them the info with a return receipt-they cnnot give me a simple answer. My move was 15 months ago.  I know of no one that has received money form them, there is supposed to be a Mary Richards to talk to, but she is NEVER available. I have talked to Tina 20 times or more to no avail. DO NOT USE DELTA MOVING OR PRECISION MOVING!!!!!Do very careful research -only use a well known national mover- BEWARE! FYI-this company is rated an "F" by the BBB.
