Floor and Decor Sold me eco bamboo floating floor and it a defective material. We used best underlay with moisture barrier and the floor makes a crackling sound every place you step on it Roswell Georgia

   The Eco Bamboo flooring material makes a loud crackeling sound every place you step. It also does scratch and the scratches are diffulcult to hide. We use Minwax retouch sticks.  We are embrased by the sound it when we have company over and they walk on the floor.

   I find it unusual that a contractor who posted above was able to post three identical positive comments all being the exact same wording. He is stacking with repeated positive reviews!

   We have $7,000.00 in this floor. It is to much of an investment for us to replace. A top rated installer says it is caused buy a poor locking system combined with the nature of that bamboo flooring material.

   Floor and decor says they will not inspect the floor and we will have to pay an independent inspector $300.00 to do so.

Please do not use Floor and Decore and espessaly the eco Bamboo material.
