Liberty Wireless phone ripoff did not work, defective keys, could not activate Fargo Maryland

Called and called customer service, computer answered could not activate phone. Charge battery up, went out try phone in other places, always roaming. Tried to put names and numbers in storage but keys would not work (the number 4, 7 was the worthes. Stop payment. Other people in area have said that this phone will not
pick up good. Just want $99.99 back
