Ordered a brand new Unlocked Nokia 6133 from LL Cellular on E-bay. Received a Locked T-mobile version. I took it to Gear for Tech in Canada to get it unlocked but was told it was water damaged inside. It had been spray painted to appear New.I tried to call LL Cellular but was always put on hold. I filed a complaint with Paypal.Five weeks later LL Cellular then said they would refund 100% of purchase price including shipping if I removed my negative feedback on E-bay. When I sent the phone back at my expense, I only received 50% of my money back. This seems to be the way they run their bussiness, hopihng people will not complain, or if they do tey will still get at least half of your money.
