LL CELLULAR Brand New Motorola V3c - Cell phones are used, defective, faulty, & they know it. SHERMAN OAKS California

On Feb. 1, 2008 I bought a cell phone decribed as BRAND NEW MOTORALA V3c RAZAR ALLTEL PHONE, for 137.10. What I got was a phone with the bluetooth device not working.
I returned that phone to LL CELLULAR for a replacement. After I called them a number of times about the replacement , they claimed that had been mailed out. One representative even stated that mail was only collected when the UPS man stopped by once or twice a month. It took about a month to recieve another phone of the same kind.

This supposed BRAND NEW V3c RAZAR phone wouldn't charge because the charging port on the phone was defective from the previous owner whose number was still programed in the phone when I received it. I returned the phone to LL CELLULAR. A representative stated I would recieve a refund, and it would take 30 days to process.

Well needless to say I haven't received my 137.10 I paid for the phone and LL CELLULAR keep giving me the run around about my refund. When I call I either can't get through or I'm put on hold until the line disconnects. I called them May 27, 2008 and talked to someone about just sending me another phone of a different kind. He stated I would recieve a email about the phone. I guess you know I have yet to recieve a email, a refund of any kind, or a replacement phone.
