LA Fitness Failed to provided services; Employees engaged in racist behavior Irvine CA

Any positive reviews of LA Fitness are a joke; they were written by (1) employees of LA Fitness; (2) friends of employees of LA Fitness; (3) people who were paid to post them; (4) morons; or (5) some combination of all of these.

This is the reality about LA Fitness: LA Fitness is not in the business of providing access to fitness equipment or anything resembling “fitness”; the company is in the business of churning memberships so that they can increase their revenues so that Louis Welch – who is a failed actor who somehow finagled his way into the “fitness” business – can assemble money to continue purchasing monstrosities like this: https://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/louis-welchs-house/view/google/

This leads to the next reality about LA Fitness: they are only interested in signing up as many people as possible to keep revenues high. Neither the company, nor the people with grade-school level intellects they hire to “work” at their facilities care about the fact that every single one of these facilities is oversubscribed which, in turn, means that, at any given time of the day, there are far too many people in the facility trying to use the equipment which, in turn, means that its virtually impossible to do anything other than stand in line waiting for rude, inconsiderate troglodytes who hog the equipment decide that they’re actually going to do something other than socialize with their “homeys” and get out of the way of people who are there to use the equipment they pay to use. This fact is further driven home by the reality that the employees of this facility don’t care that an ever-increasing percentage of the people that come here are thugs and reprobates who behave like animals.

The next obvious issue is that the club is a dump. The various dumbbells and free weights are strewn about the facility in a disorganized state. The machines are not maintained in a reasonable manner. The bathrooms look like war zones and are thoroughly disgusting. The so-called employees who are supposed to be working here, don’t do anything except stand around the front desk laughing and socializing; it would be a miracle if any of these people actually got off their rear-ends did some work.

And the coup de grace, if you pay money to use this facility, is that the so-called current “Manager” is a racist jackass. His friends from Riverside, which is where this guy is from, who posted a number of these positive reviews keep calling this guy “Edgar the Poet” but this is a joke as this guy barely graduated from high school – if even that – and he ain’t no poet. Further, apart from being able to phonetically repeat some items on the menu at a Chinese restaurant, this guy can’t speak Chinese. He might be able to speak Spanish but that’s only because he’s Hispanic.

So, you have a facility that’s a dump because the employees here don’t do anything to keep the place clean and organized. You have equipment that is strewn about the club, hard to find and more often unavailable because, again, the employees don’t do anything. You have a facility that is oversubscribed so that it’s virtually impossible to have a comprehensive work out. You have employees and a manager who are racist and don’t care because all they want to do is cater to their thug friends 

Don’t waste your time with LA Fitness, especially this location. Spend your money at a company that is really in the fitness business and where you will get better value for your money.
