MetroPCS added a phone line to my account without my permission then refused to cancel the phone line. Metropcs did this while they were working on my primary phone line because the primary phone had died which made it impossible to receive any text messages, MetroPCS idiotic "Two Factor Authentication" which requires getting "PIN numbers" impossible to receive on a dead phone. MetroPCS FRAUD. BEWARE OF METROPCS. Not only did they add a phone line without my authorization, they switched my carrier from MetroPCS to T-Mobile without authorization. That took three days of conflict to get my number switched back last month. MetroPCS Supervisor said he would "investigate" and cancel the phone line, HE DID NEITHER. YES, I AM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER CARRIER AS SOON AS I CAN GET AN HONEST CARRIER.
