QUANTUM Ordered VegX Skin Zen Serum using credit card for $4.95, company kept sending skin serum and eye serum at $100 a pop, even though I did not order it. Ran my credit card up to about $500 in charges Chur, GR Switzerland

I saw this advertisement on the internet about Skin Zen Collagen Retinol and Skin Zen eye serum.  I wanted to try the products because the price was only $4.95 each.  However, I did not know that this was only an introductory price.  This company automatically sent me two more  of the eye serum and two more of the Collagen cream.  I did not know my credit card was being charged at approximately $100 a pop for each of these which was around $500. 

I called 866-682-8479, spoke with a rep and I was told that I could not return the products.  I cancelled and froze my credit card because they had used up the remaining credit I had on my card.  Also, they would probably continued charging my card & I did not want my credit card company to charge me with an overlimit fee.  I also wrote a letter to my credit card company informing them of what happened.  Listen, I do not want any cream or eye serum that cost $100 or more.  

I am posting this for anyone ordering from this company or any company to make sure that this is not an introductory price and they will automatically send products after that a very high price.  After this experience, I will not be ordering anything from the internet.  If I do, it will be with a company or store that I am familiar with.
