Sixt Car Rental With Held $45 of my $200 Security Deposit West Hollywood CA

I rented a car on 09/18/20. And returned the car on 08/18/20. I had to put a deposit of $200 and $106 for rental and additional $13 for insurance. I was told once I return the car I will get my full $200 back on mon 09/21/20. 

I called Sixt on monday, They took the phone off the hook, Called Tues 09/22/20, Sixt still had the phone off the hook. Ive send numerous emails to Sixt and Sixt totally ignored my emails. Low and behold Sixt only returned $146 of my $200

On wed 09/23/20 Sixt send me a email stating that it will take 10 days for my full $200 deposit. I sent another email on wed 09/23/20 and told Sixt that they owe me $54. Sixt returned my email stating that they returned my email stating that my $200 was released. I in turn emailed Sixt and them that you only released $146 of my $200 deposit and that you own me a balance of $45. Sixt has not responded to my email.

Sixt car rental is a scam car rental stay away from these scam artist, Do Not Car Rent from them. Its a unnessasary headache. Theives, Con Artist And Severe Liars.
