After paying online for a rental car upfront, charges for Roadside Liability Assistance was added to my account, after being awake for 36 hour and the lady behind the counter started talking about california laws and statues about how I needed the service I signed the contract for the extra charges thinking I could address this later on. 3 days into my 2 week rental, I called sixt and asked the charges to be removed and that extra service to be discontinued. They agreed to remove the charges at the end of my rental period. I did not receive a credit but a bill from sixt, with I have been disputing for many weeks
