Basically, at the beginning of the year, I find out that I have an issue with my 2022 tax return Tax network USA comes highly recommended on all the podcasts that I listen to in addition to some of the radio stations that I listen to yes radio is still in effect. After the brief consultation, I was told that I would need to pay them $600 and that they would get started on my case right away usually takes about 7 to 10 days two weeks to get the initial set up process well week after week after week I had to split my payment in the two payments 300 and 3 hundred which I did and I have receipts for After two additional months of just leading me on not answering the phone not returning my calls putting me on hold for hours they flat out did nothing then one day I received a notice of discontinuing their services that they wanted me to sign. I refuse to sign because nobody has contacted me verbally in writing or a contact person that I can speak to to resolve this Once I told them that I wanted to file a claim that I want my money back and I don't want to use their service. They completely shut me out today. I still have not received a refund and refused to sign the documents that they send me and currently they try to keep sending it thinking that I'm going to sign. I disagree with this company and the use of this company. They're all several tax help benefits out there that don't lead you on there's no upfront fees they tell you exactly what it is and they get to work right away so there's no vetting process no investigation process with other companies but with this company you will be waiting Probably too late and all the things that you love deer will be taken away from you my tax that I owed was not at $10,000 so right then and there they said they should've said that they couldn't help me because they help people 10,000 and abovebut this was not the case so just take her don't use the service and you'll be OK
