I contacted the company to resolve tax debt.  Filled out their forms quickly, paid them in full $6,000.  I was assigned a case manager.  He spoke to me one time, then disappeared.  4 weeks later after several calls I lucked into speaking to the same a-hole salesman.  Told him the guy disappeared, he gave zero sh8ts.  I was assigned another younger lady who was completely out of her depth.  Zero knowledge of the process, couldn't put a sentence together.  Started the process over.  This was even worse.  She was absent on calls, didn't take notes or pass along what I was asking to be done.  Wasted 3 months. 

I began calling in to the "sales" number to try and get a real person on the phone - they almost NEVER return calls or emails.  I was able to get thru to a "director" who made more empty promises, assigned me to a third case manager - who asked me to do all of the paperwork again.  This is just a scam.  They set it up to sound like a law office with all the layers of "managers" etc.  But it's really just a circus of idiots who are conning people out of their money and producing nothing.  You can read reviews on BBB and Yelp and Reddit that say the same thing.  Don't do business with them.
