Tax Network USA lies and only lies Los Angeles, California

Due to the closing of a business I had a large account to take care of with IRS and State taxes as well so when this company contacted me and offer to not only fix the problem but also reduce these bills a was happy to pay the the $450.00 monthly payments that where set up to pay for their services.  This was in 2010.  In the mean time IRS were taking my tax returns to the point that as of April of 2010 I do not owe them anymore, needless to say it was not because Tax Networks help or any kind of reduction that was made on my bill by Tax Network USA being that I still have a problem with the state I decided to wait some more.  In between late December of 2011 and January 2012 I receipt an email from Tax Network USA saying this was my final notice and I needed to submit some state documents when I called to see what it was all about I was informed that they had send a paper that needed to be filled by me and send back to them to send to the state dept of taxation, at this point I informed them that I never recieved this document and if they could re-send it so I could take care of it and I was told that they would contact me when the had it ready.  Next thing I got was a register letter saying that they were canceling my contract with me, when I called to see why they said that someone would contact me and explain, call that 5 days latter I'm still waiting for. 
In reality I paid for a service that I never got and I would like to obtain my money back so I can get a real attorney that can help with this matter because this company is nothing but a RIP OFF.
