1000 Pugs Frolic Photography 1000 Pugs (Frolic Photograph) Rip Off and lost money California

It has almost been 2 years and still no word or photos from 1000pugs or Frolic Photogrpahy, no emails no nothing. A loss of money is one thing, but she took wonderful photos of my pugs which have no passed.  I read on line everyone defending this company and be patience.  What is a realistic time for when you pay for something and get the results?  I think it was a scam and sadly I feel for it.  She seemed nice and all but broken promises hurt.

If you were paid for anything and recieved nothing over 2 years, you have a right to be disappointed and mad!.

A product and service was agreed upon, we signed a contracts for a deliverable and recieved nothing in turn, so that is a breach of contract!

I am going to complain wherever I can to hopeful resolve this situation but in addition, make people aware of scams like this.
