21st Century Legal Services These people ripped me off 3600.00 and who's next Rancho Cucamonga California

Since I last posted my dealings with this so called company, I had to file bankruptcy.Oddly enough a day after my sale date of my home on 05/05/2009 I finally get a call from 21st century 05/06/2009 trying to extort more money from me, seeing that I put a stop payment on the last check I gave them.Keep in mind I already gave them a check for 1783.00 and a check for 1784.00. This company was trying to extort close to 6000.00 dollars for their so called services.Also realize,they told me this money was going to my lender as part of the modification. My lender hasn't seen a dime of it and neither have I. 21st century said they are going to file a law suit against me to retrieve their money and I'm the reason I lost my home. They lied and said they had an agreement with my lender and they have been keeping in contact with me all along.All of this is a lie and as far as the above, stated 21st century didn't realized I had hired an attorney and filed BK.Thus far I have saved my home and between all of this it has cost alot of money and emotional pain. My purpose of this, is anyone that is dealing with this company beware they are dirtiest crooks out there and they deserve to be in prison for what they are doing to desperate homeowners. If you are in the same boat as I am,don't hesitate and call HUD and seek advice and hire an attorney, to help you through this. As for me, this legal battle is just starting and I will go down swinging. AS for 21st Century legal Services I can't believe you people have the conscious to screw people like this. All you involved deserve to spend the rest of your lives in prison, where they belong.
