ACS Legal Department Calling but can't say why New York, New York

Received a phone call from 347-560-5022 today at work from a man calling himself Officer Frank. Officer Frank could not pronounce my name and when I asked to speak to someone who could actually speak English he handed off to another foreign man who was just as bad. All I could get was to call back at this number because they needed to talk to "my name." When I told them I would be glad to pass a message he proceeded to give specific information about my personal business and asked if I would please ask "my name" to call back.

I immediately called back and the same guy answered, however when I asked what company he was with he hung up on me.

Definite fraud.
