i am a victim of this "ACS Scam"- on at least 3 occasssions i have been called and harrassed stating that i owe monies for a payday loan when i never received a payday loan. the callers are very agressive and threaten you with "legal terms" and contacting your employer to make you believe you have done something wrong. these guys sound like they are from the MIDDLE EAST. they are also using or attempting to use "our" personal information to commit wire transfer fraud!
