This report is being filed with Ripoff Report against a company claiming that they have contacted me several times. This claim in itself is false. This company directly came up as a scam after typing into the search engine I use. I was tipped off that this was a scam due to the fictitious account number that does not correlate with any of my accounts. This company ACS is threatening to download a case against me.

Which any legal action as anyone knows must be through the courts of the residing county of the offender. There is no 'online' courts. This company claims a fictitious amount of an outstanding balance of $986.45.  ACS company's threats stated are to continue bearing a lawsuit in the amount of $4515.85 and will be totally levied upon me. I plan to pursue this and file charges with my local police department with their internet crimes division.

ACS email included a phone number of 347-826-6266 and only have an email address of acs.legaldepartment@gmail.com
