"Secret Cabal"?   I think that is a bit of an overreation.    My wife has Aflac and she has had no problem at all getting her claims paid.   I think it all depends on your agent. 

We had a doctor once try to charge us for paperwork, and Aflac took care of the charges.  Again, you have to have a good agent to handle your claim who knows the ropes.

 This company is not a 'scam.'  just because you didn't know how to file a claim properly.  They are a blue chip stock listed on tHe Ny Stock Exchange and are regularly audited.  Ethosphere magazine listed them as one of the most ethical companies to do business with in the U.S.

 Call Aflac and ask to speak with the State Cooridinator for wher eyou live.  Leave a message for that person, be polite, not crazy (don't talk about secret cabals) and tell them it is urgent someone help you.

 I know people who have had cancer and if it were not for their Aflac cancer policy they would have lost their house.
