Aflac Continental America Insurance Company I took out a two policies with Aflac. Know they don't want to honor the policy . I told the agent about my medical and of course she said " No problem Mrs.Ward they will still honor the policy " Well I was told it was pre existing , and they would not be honoring the policy. Don't believe anything from an Aflac agent he or she are only trying to make a commission off you .They are not concern with your well being. Columbia South Carolina Nationwide

On December 17.2015 Aflac came to my job to help people sign up for insurance. Well I sat down with the agent and told her what I was looking for.Please keep in mind I am a correctional officer at a prison ten dollars hour is what i make so I want to make sure if i get hurt at work, I can have something to help with the bills and my children until I get back on my feet . Well sure enough they had short term disablilty and accidental just what I needed. Just keep in mind I told the agent that i have TIA (mini strokes)and of course she said " Oh yes Mrs. Ward Aflac would honor your policy all you have to do is fill out the claim and fax or mail it in " On March 14,2016 I fell sick . I had a TIA ( mini strokes ) . I filed all necessary paper , made phone calles everyday at 9:30 am and even call the agent who sold me policy still waiting for her to call me back. May 06,2016 I was told that Aflac would not be honoring the policy because it was pre existing . But this not what the agent said . But they still taking from my four hours that I am getting from work . This company is a rip off and that duck needs to be on somebodys table for dinner . Mad Customer .

Well I did hear back from Alfac . Mrs. Tomeka called and asked did I want both of my polices reinbursed or just the short term.So I called her back to talk to her but instead I got the receptionist who was very rude because I didnt know her last name . Okay understand that but she didn't leave her last name. Therefore I was sent to customer service. Must say this young lady was very professional .I told her my problem and of course I said both at this point . Know that has been (3) three and a half weeks and No reinburstment. Well I called and the check was sent out on May 26, 2016 and the day is June 10, 2016 .
