Alcon Novartis ,myalconlensrebates.com Alcon will not issue a rebate card unless a complaint is made by phone Internet

Alcon promises to send a rebate card for contact lens purchases. I have been buying Alcon brand contact lenses yearly. I always complete the paperwork and send in the necessary UPC codes from each box of contact lenses.

I have always received the rebate card BUT not before first being denied the card due to an invalid submission.

Every year I call the phone number, go through the confusing options that are presented on the phone to finally reach a customer service representative. Each time, the representative simply says 'OK I have updated your account and you will receive your rebate card'.

Clearly, the company is relying on people to forget about the rebate (it takes 6 - 8 weeks from the time they receive the submission forms), or to give up on getting the rebate.

If you did not receive the rebate card, go online and look at your account on myalconlensrebates.com THEN when you see that it is invalid, call the number 855-785-6629. When it says to press 1 if you are a provider or 2 if you are an insurance provider just wait and another menu will start. Press the number to check on the submission and then eventually you will get a customer service rep. Don't give up.
