Tractor does not start. Wires hanging loose. I was wondering why I was paying $500 for the cleaning of a piece of equipment when it was supposed to be "NEW from the Factory". We have sent machines to customer's address, same as our previous agreement. We sent an all new machines from China, please check the attached Certificate of Original, photos before shipment. All export documents we offered to China customs via "One touch", indicated that our machine is new, not second hand. Regarding customer's complaint, please find our comments below. "Tractor does not start", it's customer's operation problem, we can find the engine plate in customer's upload pictures, the engine is new, manufactured in 2015.12 by "CHANGCHAI". What's more, when agent removed machine from container, they started it and drive out. Mr. Amber Jiang can prove it. "Wires hanging loose", As we discussed with customer, the machine was disassembled to loaded in 20ft before shipment. The cab was removed, so there are wires hanging out. It's familiar to meet rust during long time ocean shipping. The date of departure Shanghai port is 6th AUG, arrived in Sydney port on 25th Aug, 20 days shipment. And we kept machine is Sydney warehouse from 30th Aug to 8th Sep. Then we arranged water washing on machine as Australia customs requirement. So it's easy to get rust machine outside. The photos before shipment can prove there's no rust in China, it was rusted after shipment. Customer should find somebody who professional in machinery to assemble machine and start engine. As we communicated with customer via e-mail, customer don't know how to operate and assemble machine, it's their first time, they even can't find any workers to unload machine from container. So we advice customer to get mechanic assistance.

I was wondering how you were going to try and get out of this. Your photos prior to purchase showed a brand new assembled tractor. Not a second hand piece of rusty rubbish arriving in bits lying at different parts of the property.... Bolts missing. Old rubber coming away from the joints. Cabin window falling out. Repainted aerial snapped off. This is VERY obviously a second hand repainted tractor that your company was even too lazy to remove the paper covering the hoses during the re-paint. ANYBODY can see this is NOT a new tractor. Why should a NEW tractor require a $500 cleaning bill???? Your last photos clearly show this is not a new machine ... You are a liar. Refund only and hurry up.. I need a tractor. This is what you will do to see your money. You will package an actual NEW tractor, assembled as pictured in your advertisement, place it in a "sealed" high cube container just in case of rust. (Your excuse of the tractor being at sea in a sealed container causing the rust is laughable). You will send somebody with it to collect the junk that has arrived and ship it back on the same truck that dumped it at my property. Move it.

As we clarified to you, the cleaning is required strictly by Australia customs, even if it's all new machines. Except the rust and dust, how could you say it is a second hand? The new engine with clear model plate, new seat without wearout; especially for the chassis of loader, obviously new steel and paint without scratch, and all tyres are new without running. You can show us the photos of broad to check the miles record, or invite professional inspection workers to check the running hours and condition. You can't assert it is second hand only depend on your subjective consciousness and dust rust appearance.

I wanted to continue with Alibaba and have bought as things before through them with what is planned to go further. All I wanted was a new tractor for my new farm which will definitely need more machinery in the form of generators, pumps and other items. A new tractor was a simple request yet you have lied consistently. Do you honestly think I would be going through all this rubbish if it wasn't the case? Why would I do this? What is my motive? The tractor is second-hand and the sooner you acknowledge that, the better. Honesty is the best policy, especially when dealing with a very unhappy customer. I'm guessing the customer is not right in your line of business. I have already spent $1000s getting this rubbish to my farm. You are a scammer. Anybody can see from the photos that this tractor has been in the field already. Get me an actual new tractor and we will talk business.

Oriemac supplied a photo of a new tractor. I went on the advertisement and paid the money. After payment I start getting photos about the tractor. It's placed in a container in pieces. Assumptions are made by the seller that I'm some sort of tractor mechanic with the facilities to not only re-assemble the unit but get it running with no instructions. When you buy a new car, even after a long overseas trip, it is still new when it gets to its destination. It is in one piece, you are taken through its operation, you turn the key and drive away. You DO NOT need to get it cleaned and you DO NOT need to assemble it and IT IS actually new. So I get this "thing" that has probably been sitting at the back of the factory unable to be sold for reasons now obvious. Even a second hand vehicle gets instructions, starts straight away with a turn of the key. The backhoe lies next to the cab. It is actually new but who knows how it connects to the main unit. It is too bad Alibaba doesn't have a representative in Sydney as there would be no need for photos. Only a simple 2 minute inspection would show what I'm talking about is correct and true. I cannot figure out the seller's refusal to acknowledge this huge mistake; if it wasn't done on purpose. It will only serve to damage his company's reputation far beyond simply supplying what I ordered. It doesn't make sense. I'm sure Alibaba will be thinking twice about introducing Oriemac to further clients. I have told the seller to get a NEW assembled unit into a high container and send it here. Adding the 50 photos I have to your website is taking hours.

But they promised it’s absolute a new machine without use, it’s a stock machine but not second hand, you can’t find any signs of use though appearance looks old. In response to the seller's lies ... gearPlateMissingThruFloorNoBolts.jpg - that's how it is SUPPOSED to LOOK?? I have to find nuts and bolts to fix this "brand new" machinery? Factory admitted that they partly repainted it to make it looks good before delivery. Why does a "new" tractor need to be painted before delivery? The paint was damaged during delivery, may be before shipment or in Sydney, after that it was rusted. Rubbish, this is a tractor meant to be used on a farm. It doesn't rust easily, assuming its good quality of course. The old Toolbox was rusted, we supposed the reason is washing??? The loosing wire is prepared to connect main machine when you fix the cabin on it. How??? Even IF I had a workshop, there are no instructions. Some facts .... FACT: Every time I look at this junk, I get physically ill about the money I've already lost and the trust and goodwill I was expecting promoted by a shiny web page FACT: I have already spent a third of the cost of the tractor and the junk has not moved from where it was dumped over a month ago. FACT: The tractor that I promised is shown in the picture oriemac.jpg. The junk I got in pieces is shown in tractorCabin.jpg. The tractor is under the tarpaulin. FACT: No mention was made to have a heavy machinery workshop to assemble this machine. FACT: There are no assembly instructions in the manual the seller attached. Going forward will create a dangerous health issue for anyone who drives this heavy machinery if assembled incorrectly FACT: I have a backhoe attachment with no instructions on what to do with it or how it connects FACT: The supplier's contract showed delivery to 704 Greywacke Road Twenty Forests. He still has not met the obligations to get it there as promised. So far, I have paid for it. FACT: The supplier assumed that I would accept the machinery in its given state and not make any noise about the poor quality of this multi-part delivery. He was wrong. FACT: You have received a lot of evidence CLEARLY showing that this machine is NOT new FACT: Your trade assurance webpage shown at tradeAssurance.jpg ensures 100% quality protection. AlibabaTradeAssurance.jpg clearly states that if the product quality does not meet the standards set in the contract, ie "a NEW machine straight from the factory", Alibaba.com will refund the covered amount of the payment. Well, you have a very unhappy customer. I highly advise that you do not side with this criminal. If Alibaba wishes to maintain its integrity for its clients and "Global Trade", I'd strongly advise not to release ANY funds to Oriemac. Oriemac won't be "refunding" anything as they better not already have the Trade Assured money. Here is my "negotiation".

I have already spent approx $3500 on this. The seller can have his "brand new" junk back, I'll have my $US8010 back and the seller can do whatever he likes with it. RELEASE THE TRADE ASSURED US$8100 BACK TO ME. It's that simple. I like this dispute page as it provides me with a single point of history and a great tool for reading by anyone who would like to deal with Alibaba should they find in favour of this ilk.

If Alibaba is to honour its commitment to protect buyers' money and get a quality product, then the seller does not have a case at all. The feedback I'm getting from you is to take the 5% discount proposed by the seller for a piece of machinery I cannot use or you will cancel the dispute leaving me with nothing. It's take the seller's proposal or nothing. If this is what you're saying, I'd like to have another person go onto the case. My proposal is for the seller to take his machine back and I get my trade assured money back still being out $3500. I don't think you understand what I'm going through and what you've written by saying to take the seller's proposal or nothing is not fair or business-like. Especially when your front web page promises safety for money and guarantees quality or Alibaba will supply the refund.
