have no Clue who this Cop. is....they send me a Check for over 4K and ask me too Pay taxex in canada since I,m Not a citizen in Canada.

Wounder if anybody else has gotten a Check. Check is issued fron a Bank in Newark/Delaware and drawn on the Acct. of Life Investors Ins. Comp. of America.located in Cedar Rapid,IA.
