ALLTELL RIPS OFF WITH FAKE CONTRACTS Little Rock Arkansas

I purchased an alltell acount in 2005 , in 2006 i added a phone for my girlfriend, in june we moved to davis south dakota, and there was no service there even though my plan plainly showed they had service in south east south dakota.

we arrived on june 15th 2006. we needed phones so i aranged for a land line to be installed on june 30th, then contacted alltell by phone and postal mail, that i wanted to cancel my cell phone service on june 30th 2006. and since they could not fulfill their contract by providing service , they could not inforce the 200 dollars per phone penalty for not fulfilling me contract.

on july second i tried to make a call on my phone and it said my phone was not a working phone. a short time later i recived my final bill which showed a $200 dollar penalty for each of the 2 phones, along with a refund of the $200 penalty for the 2 phones. i paid the bill in full. a month or so later i recived a bill from alltell for 3 south dakota numbers. i only had 2 phones, so i called and spoke to a supervisor ans she told me that since there had been absolutely no activity on the 2 phones that she was canceling the account and wiping out the bill.

then the next 3 months it was all the same, bills for numbers i never had. i finaly contacted the state public utillities commission and sent them coppies of my letter and all the bills. i recived from the public utillities commision stating that the accounts had been wiped clean. i called and checked the accounts and the computer told me those accounts were not accounts, they were invallid numbers.

2 months later the bills started again, so i contacted them again. finaly in desperation i contacted alltell and told them that if they did not whipe out the account i was going to hire a hacker friend of mine that was about to be released from prison for hacking over 1/2 million dollars from just one bank and they would loose millions upon millions of dollars.

it has been a year now and i havent recived a bill again. i only had 2 phones but they were billing me for 3 cell phone numbers, it dont make sence. try threatening them like i did
