alltell sold out to at&t and i have had nothing but trouble first alltel said i broke the contract and are charging me a cancellation fee, when they are the one who sold to at&t. then i was given several sub-standard phones. I have been to the store several times in Eastridge mall trying to correct the problems to no avail. then At&t is trying to charge me $527. a month for less service then I paid alltel $340. per month for.

I have signed statements from store employees saying my bill would be $200.00 per month but still I receive bills via internet and mail demanding $527. for less than one month in addition alltel wants over $600. for the last month with them. I did not sign a contract with at&t agreeing to pay $527. a month for service.
