I have had my cell phone service with alltel for a year and a half now, I have the LG scoop phone, and in that year and a half time period I have had to have it replaced 5 times being that it would constantly freeze up and they have ALL gotten to a point where I can no longer get them to charge. In fact when I received one of the new replacements and took it to my local alltel store to have it switched over it actually froze up in store right in front of the associate and could not get it to work at all without removing the battery, the associate had to call customer service on the spot and order yet another phone, that phone is the current phone that I have now which after having for about 2 months or so I could not get to hold a charge at all. My husband who has the same phone would have to take my battery and put it in his phone so I could have a charge to actually use mine, now his phone is doing the same thing, we cannot get either phone to charge at all, alltel refuses to replace either of our phones and wants us to pay 50 dollars each to get a replacement phone, yet they will still charge my full monthly bill for 2 phones that we aren't even able to use, and when I called I was put off for atleast a month! then was told "it's not our problem". It is however their problem they are the company that issued the phones they should be responsible for their product. Finally fed up I got to the point to say I want to cancel my contract it would be worth having to pay the cancelation fee and having to deal with them anymore, their response was simply okay!! I don't want a new fancy phone, all I want is to be made whole, to have a phone that actually works that I have to pay for, and I explained this to them repeatedly, but no assistance at all and a $150 bill for phones that aren't even useable. PLEASE HELP!!!
