American Family Insurance raised my Homeowners insurance rate this year 25% for no reason. I did not file any claims or make any changes whatsoever and my bill went up 25%. So far I have only gotten the run-around from them. No one will tell me the specific factors to cause my rates to go up. They actually have the gall to say that I have gotten some big discounts, trying to make it look like I am getting some kind of deal. These people do not care about there customers. They are like robots and cannot understan why someone would be upset when there bill goes up 25% for no reason.
