American Family Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault.

American Family Insurance has refused to take care of the loss in value that my 2021 vehicle sustained and occurred through no fault of my own. I was rear-ended by an individual in a work vehicle on 8/13/2021 who American Family Insurance insures. This is now forcing me to use the legal system, reviews and more of my time to get this company to do what they are legally bound to do without the hassle.

I would consider a fair resolution to be American Family Insurance covering the loss of value I have now endured to my 2021 vehicle due to their insured hitting me.
